CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
The Vendor hereby offers to provide services to NYS AOH and the Convention Committee hereby accepts the Vendor’s offer to provide services, upon all the terms and conditions set forth below:
- Place of Convention: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Binghamton, 225 Water St., Binghamton, NY 13901
- Dates of Engagement: Wednesday, July 12 through Sunday, July 16, 2023
- Hours of Engagement: 9 am to 5 pm
- Vendors will be allowed to set up their Booth and Merchandise on Tuesday, July 11
- The Vendor agrees that he/she will sell no merchandise or service which debases or unfairly depict the Irish people, their heritage, or their culture.
Please complete the form below. Payment is required to hold your vendor spot at the convention. A convention committee representative will contact you with location details.
Vendor tables are $250 for the entire convention – Wednesday, July 12 through Sunday, July 16, 2023
